Project: Roof Work
We recently had Mr. Howard work on our slate roof on our Victorian home. Mr. Howard's crew was professional, on time and cleaned up the work area once the job was complete. Mr. Howard does what he says he will do and in our case, more than what he said he would do. Due to the weather of the winter of 2014, it took Mr. Howard several months to get back to us but that was expected and not a surprise as we told him we could wait. When the weather broke, he was ready to perform the work requested and within the estimate that he had provided to us months earlier. I would recommend Mr. Howard for work on anyone's home and we expect to use his services again in the future.

Words can not express how overjoyed we are to have found Walter. WE were in a binde with our bathroom remodel, after the loss of our friend who was doing our bathroom remodeling for us, not only had we been without our friend but without our bathroom.
After searching around and reaching out to well over 10+ contractors we had received A few call backs (most just ignored us) and Walter luckily was one that called us right away. I had a great feeling about him even just from talking to him on the phone. He was by far one of the most genuine contractors I have ever met! He never made me feel uneasy or second guess anything he did. He is respectful and professional and an all around great guy.
His workers are great guys and not just strangers off the street like some others may use. He knows each and every person that works for him which is a big relief.
He not only gave us our bathroom back, he gave us back our peace of mind. He found some things wrong with our 100 yr old house and was able to fix them super fast! We thank God that we found Walter and I feel truly blessed that he came into our lives. Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Walter's Home Improvement Co installed a roof in October of 2010. The job was done very professionally, all debris was cleaned up and carried away. The crew arrived at a reasonable time and stayed until the work was completed. In repairing the roof Mr Howard discovered a crack in the chimney crown which he told me about and addressed same. I am pleased with the work ethics of the Company and would recommend this company to others.

Walter had members of his team on site every single day until the job was completed. Walter visited the job site almost every day himself to make sure that things were being done right and the work was progressing as expected. I was so pleased with Walter's work you can see that I added additional projects after initially wanting just my bathroom redone. Walter's crew was extremely professional and friendly. Walter was recommended to us for our bathroom remodels. He was such a thorough, knowledgeable man that we quickly added numerous other projects to our work order. Walter and his guys were here 5-7 days a week for almost a month, always 'showing up' and cleaning up the work area at end of each day. Walter made suggestions and quickly responded to any request that we had, even so much as making a special trip on a Sunday morning within an hour of our phone call. Project: New Roof, adjacent Roof area repair
I feel we are very fortunate to have had Walter and his "crew" replace our roof, waterproofed adjacent brick & even caulked a octagon window while up that high as a bonus (till then I could not get anyone to go up that high to caulk it! Also removed a huge birds nest that has been driving us crazy, little buggers removed a screw from the roof area & moved right in. Back to Walter we feel very comfortable with him, and everyone who works with him, around. He goes "above and beyond" when he does a job for you! They will be back next week to start on a new project for us! You do not have to look any further, he's a Gem!
